Laura

Salon Director

Laura has been in the hairdressing industry for 14 years and still loves it just as much as day one — especially when it comes to colour transformations. Her signature style is all about lived-in, seamless colour that looks effortless, grows out beautifully, and feels totally you.

As Director of The Hair Haus, Laura’s favourite part of the job is creating a calm, relaxing experience while helping clients achieve their hair goals. She’s known for her detailed consultations, honest advice, and a chatty, warm vibe that makes every appointment feel like time well spent. Whether you’re ready for a full transformation or a soft refresh, you can expect luxury hair with a comfortable, confidence-boosting experience.

Outside of the salon, Laura loves keeping fit — whether that’s Pilates or exploring the outdoors with her dog. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll probably find her in the middle of a DIY project, or recharging on holiday.

Karina

Freelance Stylist

With 18 years of hairdressing experience, Karina brings confidence, skill and a calm, down-to-earth energy to every appointment. She loves creating beautifully placed foil work and specialises in colour services, as well as precision cutting — especially short styles.

Karina’s favourite part of the job is building genuine relationships with clients, creating trust through great hair and a relaxed salon experience. Whether you’re in the mood for a good chat or prefer a quieter appointment, Karina always tailors the vibe to whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Outside of the salon, Karina is either busy being a mum, socialising with family and friends, or keeping active with exercise.

Tia

Stylist

Tia has been hairdressing for five years and loves working with long hair, creating gorgeous colour and polished finishes. She specialises in blonding and rich reds — perfect for clients wanting everything from a bright refresh to a bold transformation.

Tia also loves finishing appointments with blowdries and styling, making sure every client leaves feeling confident and put-together. Friendly, positive and understanding, she creates an appointment experience that feels relaxed, fun and personalised from start to finish.

Outside of the salon, Tia enjoys shopping and going to the gym — and she’s best known for laughing at her own jokes (which honestly makes her even more lovable!).

Lacey

Stylist

Lacey has been hairdressing for 5 years and brings a fresh, friendly energy to every appointment. She loves creating bright, beautiful blondes and finishing hair with soft curls for that effortless, put-together look.

Known for being bubbly, caring and super easy to talk to, Lacey’s favourite part of the job is meeting new people and making every client feel at ease in the chair. Whether you’re after a blonde refresh, or bouncy blow-dry, you can expect a warm welcome and hair you’ll feel confident walking out with.

Outside of the salon, Lacey loves spending time in the gym, shopping trips, and going out for nice food — and her fun fact? One drink and she’s drunk!

Lily

Graduate Stylist

Lily has been hairdressing for two years and is currently in her final year of training — shes definitely an up-and-coming stylist who’s quickly becoming a rising star within The Hair Haus team. She loves the variety that comes with salon life — from cutting to colouring, Lily enjoys doing a bit of everything and seeing each look come together.

Her favourite part of the job is the connections she builds with clients, as well as being part of the transformation from start to finish. Clients can expect Lily to be super chatty and bubbly, creating an appointment that feels fun, relaxed and welcoming. Whether you’re coming in for a trim, a refresh, or something completely new, Lily will make sure you leave feeling confident and looked after.

Outside of the salon, Lily works a second job and loves keeping active at the gym — and her fun fact? She actually owns a pony!

Tracey

Freelance Stylist

Hair is my creativity and my craft. I specialise in beautiful colour work, precision cutting and stylish hair-ups, with a true passion for blondes and rich, vibrant reds. I love transforming hair in a way that boosts confidence and makes clients feel their absolute best.

I am a calm, patient and friendly stylist, known for my warm personality and easy conversation. I take time to truly listen, understand each client’s vision and deliver results that exceed expectations. Creating a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere is just as important to me as the final result—because a great salon experience is about great hair and great vibes.

I have a genuine passion for learning and developing new, fresh and up-to-date skills, always eager to grow, evolve and stay inspired within the industry. I believe ongoing education keeps creativity alive and ensures clients receive the very best, modern results.

When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me travelling, enjoying beautiful restaurants, and spending quality time with my family, all of which fuels my creativity and passion for hair.
